1. When there is an error in the device's functionality, please download a new program from the official product website and upgrade it. After the upgrade is complete, restore the factory settings and it can be used normally.


2. When suddenly shutting down and restarting during the charging process, please check if the power of your power adapter is below the charging requirements. It is recommended to reduce the charging speed.


3. After the charger is powered on, it repeatedly restarts. There is dust in the TF memory card slot. Please remove the TF memory card, wipe it clean, and then insert it into the charger to restore normal operation.


4. The discharge speed is a fixed interval speed and cannot perform rapid discharge.



5. Long term high-speed charging is not allowed. After completing high-speed charging, a battery needs to be cooled before use, otherwise it will burn out.



6. During the charging process, it is not allowed to enter the settings page. You need to stop charging before entering the settings page.


7. The parallel charging mode must be learned to use first. If the wrong wire is connected or the parallel charging mode is used incorrectly, the charger will be burned out.



8. Only batteries with high discharge rates can be charged quickly. If the battery has a slow discharge rate, it cannot be charged quickly, otherwise it will damage the battery or charger.


9. After upgrading to the latest firmware, some functions still cannot be used normally. You can send a video of the malfunction to the brand's email, and the brand will create a new firmware for consumers to upgrade and fix the vulnerability. This situation is not a quality issue.
