The Benewake TF-Luna is a compact single-point LiDAR rangefinder module with a 0.2–8m operating range, designed for UAV altitude hold, terrain following, obstacle detection, and precision ranging applications. Using a VCSEL 850nm laser with a narrow 2° FOV, it delivers ±6cm accuracy at close range and ±2% accuracy at longer distances, with a 1–250Hz adjustable frame rate. Dual interface support (UART and I2C) makes it compatible with Pixhawk, ArduPilot, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and any platform with a serial or I2C port. CE, FCC, and RoHS certified.

Important Notes
- Supply voltage is 5V ±0.1V only — 3.3V supply is not supported
- Normal operation causes slight board/chip warming — this is expected behavior
