Warranty Policy Does NOT Cover What?

Crashes or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited,to pilot errors.  Water damage or other damages caused by improper installation,incorrect use,or operation not in accordance with officialinstructions or manuals.
Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.
Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and Error weld mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.

Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e.  strong winds,rain,snow,sand/dust storms,etc)

• Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference

• (i.e. in mining areas or closeto radio transmission towers,high-voltage wires,substations,etc.)

•  Damage caused by operating the product in an environment suffering from interference from other wireless devices (i.etransmitter,  video-downlink,Wi-Fi signals,etc.)

• Damage caused by a crashes when components have aged or been damaged.

• Damage caused by operating the unit with a low charge or defective battery of any form.

• Damage resulting from any non-GEPRC technical or other support(online community for example),such as assistance with"how-to" questions and or inaccurate product set-up and installation.

• GEPRC is not responsible for issues involving 3rd party products and warranty.  For example with issues involing Caddx and D J l,the customer must get warranty support directly from the 3rd party company

Purchasing Matters needing attention

1.When players purchase model aircraft products,they need to understand the relevant basic operation knowledge

2.Model aircraft have certain dangers,children need to touch the model under the supervision of adults.  Make sure the flying environment is safe and away from people when flying the model

3.When flying in the outer field,you should pay attention to the relevant regulations of the local government or relevant management agencies to avoid unnecessary losses.

4.Before flying the model,please ensure that the model is securely connected,all equipment is working properly,and all control actions are responding normally to avoid accidents.

5.In the store to purchase model products abnormal situation can not be solved,please contact customer service technical support for help,such as do not consult technical support to solve their own or do not operate according to technical support guidance caused by the loss and accident the store does not assume responsibility for compensation.

6.The model aircraft model has a certain risk,please be sure to operate in a safe situation,your purchase behavior represents that you have recognized the above situation and bear the corresponding responsibility,the improper use of products,did not pay attention to safety caused by the loss and injury,the store does not b

About customs duties: We can declare a price of $20~$48 to help you
